I usually wear a mens small to medium, so I ordered these in a medium, knowing that as an all cotton shirt, they would likely shrink. They fit perfectly before washing, so they run a little small to begin with, but they shrank far more than I expected, making them much too small after washing. I exchanged the mediums for larges, and after washing, they fit and feel great. Really soft and comfortable cotton. I do recommend these, just size up unless you like a really snug shirt.
