I am normally a size 4, 5'6", marathoner, and these in a "S" were both too snug through the butt and rise, and too short in the length. They do look great on but I can't really move freely in them and wouldn't use them for any kind of workout. Maybe order a size up... unfortunately I passed the exchange deadline.
