Sierra Trading Post has two call centers: one at our Cheyenne, Wyoming headquarters, and one in Cody, Wyoming. More than 200 customer service representatives (CSRs) are trained to answer all your product questions and carry out Sierra Trading Post's outstanding commitment to exemplary customer service.

Our CSRs handle up to 150,000 monthly incoming calls, 90% of which are answered within 30 seconds. After you place your order, it is dispatched to the warehouse where pickers smoothly navigate the thousands of items in the picking area and quickly pass your merchandise to shipping.
