sole disintegrated on second wearing By entrancing1 from Buffalo, NY on 11/14/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Easily, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual Fisher Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I used this pair twice fishing Lake Ontario tributaries. The plastic sole holding the studs and felt fell apart on the second wearing. The boots are a useless waste of money.
By head1st from pollock pines, ca. on 10/05/2008 Cons: Fatigued, No thrust, Not Functional, Very heavy Describe Yourself: Competitive Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: these were reccomended by the manufacturer as a copy of the force fins. as I could not find the size I needed in the force fins, I bought these. Huge mistake. they provide no thust, very heavy, and have a lot of play when kicking. I spent a week in the sierras with these fins trying to keep up with my friends. If your looking for a workout, these fins are for you.
By guy fishing from shore..... from Las Vegas on 09/29/2008 Cons: Difficult To Use, Poor Construction Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: After two uses the seam in the main bladder spilt. I was sent a replacement, but that one only lasted two days on the water. It suffered the same type of seam failure.
The concept was OK, the overall quality of the bladders is very poor.
