It is just what I had been looking for at a reasonable price. I don't like the velcro on the cuffs so I will take it off.

It repels water well, and fits very well. Solstice has made sure that it has all the high end touches, with the zipper pits, and weather resistant zippers. My only con about it is the fleece lining weight is too light. This jacket would be perfect if the fleece was a notch or two heavier.
