Sherpa Adventure Gear |
| Sherpa Adventure Gear is tested and endorsed by the finest high-altitude climbers on the planet, the Sherpas of Nepal. "Sherpa" is in fact a specific clan name for the hardy mountain people made famous for guiding Western climbers to the top of Mt. Everest. The founder of Sherpa Adventure Gear – a nephew of one the Sherpas from the first successful Everest expedition – created the company to honor the unsung heroes of Himalayan feats. His company also gives back to his people. Sherpa Adventure Gear has rapidly gained international recognition with distribution in North America, Asia and Europe. Look to them for apparel and sleeping bags for alpine adventurers. |

Sherpa Adventure Gear Paljor Baselayer S By stan from San Antonio on 11/20/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very nice quality and fit.. Would buy again for sure.
GREATEST WINTER PANTS OF ALL TIME! By Mrs. Tiki from east coast, southern New Jersey on 11/19/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfy, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Stylish, Warm Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Outdoor winter activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants fit and feel great! Plus they're SO warm! I just tested them outside at 29 degrees, 23 degree wind chill. I wear a size 0, bought a size 2 and they fit perfectly, so they run 1 size small. They're the perfect length for me - I'm 5'1". They're fuzzy on the inside and even fuzzy inside the pockets. The pants only have 2 front zip pockets which give the pants great lines. It would be nice to have some more pockets, but I usually have enough pockets in my coat and they would only take away from the great looks. Get a pair quick! By Dawner from Parker, CO on 11/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great jacket! I saw it online and had to have it. I got the purple color. The color is very true to what you see on screen - that doesn't happen too often.
I haven't worn it yet, but have tried it on and it feels soft and warm. It is a bit staticy, but that is just because of the material and the fact that Colorado is a very dry state. With all the static we produce, you'd think we could power this state!
I don't think you would be disappointed with this jacket - I plan on wearing it on weekends with jeans and even going business casual with it with some nice slacks.
