The first time it was in a resealed box and had been used. (I haven't had time to mail it back yet but was told I would receive a refund upon return receipt.) The second time it looked perfect, and my elderly small dog loved it. However, it lost air throughout the night - every night. It's a great idea but not if you need to blow it up nightly. I like to return this one too.

I can put it anywhere she wants - by the window, by the heater, whatever. It's great, and I'm so glad that Aerobed invented it - it's a perfect idea.

I took the cover and stuffed another bed in it and my other dog loves it now-without the noise of the rubber!! Great if there was a combined version, inflateable for travel and soft & cozy at home.

The sides provide extra warmth in the winter. We like the removable cover for cleaning purposes.
