By JJ from Minneapolis, MN on 08/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Easy Set Up, Lightweight Best Uses: Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: There's not much you can say about a folding chair that does what it's supposed to. They work fine; they are easy to use; they are reasonably comfortable; and seem to be well constructed.
By Suz from Midwest on 06/06/2008 Cons: Difficult Set Up, Manual de-flation, Manual inflation Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is not what I expected. The fact that it needed to be manually inflated and deflated was a strong minus for me. I wanted something that I could just unfold and use immediately. Took a while to roll it back up as well.
Gotta Have It for Outdoor Concerts! By Dennis from Gastonia, NC on 05/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Dries Quickly, Dual use, Easy Set Up Best Uses: Also great on boats, Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This chair is an absolute must for outdoor conserts where you sit on the lawn. It provides great comfort while sitting & my just releasing the two side supports you can lay down and nap while the music floats around you.
Be careful about placing it on sharp object. It can puncture & deflate.
Not for this person too bulky By Lady Godiva from wilmington, nc on 03/22/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: For my uses it was too heavy to transport. If you took it from a car to sit in, that would be fine.

Solid Chair with some wierd kinks By Peachies from Ozark, Arkansas on 01/06/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Set Up Cons: Bulky, Could be simpler Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Didn't realize that is was from the "casual" line of crazy creek chairs. Was intended to use as a sleeping pad but much bulkier than the average thermarest. Slightly heavier than expected, but still able to strap onto my pack. Has some odd gadget ("on" button") to decompress, not really sure why...but a good size, very comfortable to sleep on. great price!!
I like their foam chairs better... By Jay from Boston, MA on 01/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dual use Cons: Bulky, Delicate, Difficult Set Up, Heavy Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This chair is quite comfortable. However, I don't particularly like the inflation mechanism--the valve is difficult to deal with. The chair is also quite heavy, so it's not really worth carrying it on a hiking trip.
I would buy this product again and again By Warren from Ohio on 12/28/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Set Up Best Uses: Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My 20yr old sis loves this gift. Perfect for the Casual/Recreational person for short trips or at the campground.
By angler from PA on 12/21/2007 Pros: Compact, Dual use, Easy Set Up, Lightweight Best Uses: Campgrounds, Canoe, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Our canoe doesn't have back rests. The form-fitting bottom seats didn't fit with traditional canoe seat replacements, but we are hopeful these will work due the their flexibility. If not, we can still use these for listening to a concert in the park.
By Doody from LI, NY on 12/19/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Compact Best Uses: Backcountry Camping, Campgrounds, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this chair to carry to the beach. It is fairly lightweight and comfortable, but the case that it comes with to carry it was too small. It would require that you deflate it after each use and then squeeze it back into the carrier. There was one loop at the top where I could have added some type of strap to keep it closed and then carry it without the case and keep it inflated all the time. I don't want to have to inflate it each time I use it. The mouthpiece is low on the seat. I can imagine sand would get in there at the beach thus making it difficult and annoying to blow it up again. I returned the two of them that I bought.
