By Not a Native Texan from La Porte, Texas on 11/20/2008 Cons: Difficult On and Off Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The reviews said these shoes run large so order a size smaller. I played it "safe" and ordered a half size smaller. They were too small, and I had to return them for my true size. I would say to order your actual size. I have tried several shoes for water aerobics and these are the best I have used. The laces are so long that tucking them in is a pain, so I don't unlace them. This makes them a bit difficult to get on but it is worth the hassle.
By Lanie from San Jose on 11/11/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Easy On and Off, Good Traction Describe Yourself: Advanced User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I teach aqua exercise and would highly recommend these shoes. They are comfortable and easy to get off and on. Once they are tightened they stay on. The spider rubber provides excellent traction on wet surfaces. I have only had these a month and do not know how they'll hold up. Chlorine is horrible on the soft part of any shoes, but the shoes look like they have chlorine resistant materials in all the right places. I found they fit true to size.
P.S. I have already bought a second pair.
By Ele from Baltimore, MD on 11/08/2008 Pros: Easy On and Off, Good Traction Cons: Can't tuck in drawstring Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these shoes primarily for my water aerobics classes and they are wonderful. Recently I used them for snorkeling (instead of fins)and they were great. They drain water really well and protected my feet from sharp rocks.
By Kat from Bend, OR on 09/03/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Traction Describe Yourself: Recreational Rider Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: During a four day white water raft trip I wore these shoes 98% of the time. For the most part great shoes. Only draw back for me was with tired, cramped fingers, the small release on the laces was difficult to work.
By beth san diego from san diego on 08/17/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction Best Uses: Boating, Kayaking, Rafting, Sailing Describe Yourself: Beginner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good water shoe, long to dry. Women, dont order 1/2 size larger as some indicate. That was too small for me. I wear a 7 and a 7 fit.

By new mexico quilter from Belen, New Mexico on 08/07/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction Describe Yourself: Intermediate Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these shoes for use as shallow water waders when fly fishing. Boy do they fit the bill. Combined with a neoprene bootie they are perfect. Love 'em. Had to send the first pair back, they were too small with the bootie. Went up one size and they are perfect.
By katygal from Central PA on 07/28/2008 Pros: Easy On and Off, Good Traction Best Uses: Boating, Kayaking, Sailing Describe Yourself: Beginner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these shoes for sailing and playing in the creek. Love the shoes, but they give me blisters and rub my toes raw. They drain water quickly and give great traction.
By Truth Detector from UK on 07/24/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction Cons: Uncomfortable, Very slow to dry Best Uses: Boating, Rafting, Sailing Describe Yourself: Intermediate Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are very uncomfortable and hopelessly slow to dry.
By Jennifair from Boise, ID on 07/19/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction Cons: None that i'm aware of Best Uses: Boating, Kayaking Describe Yourself: Recreational Rider Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a 7.5 (which has always been my size) because i read all the comments suggesting that the note to order a size smaller was wrong. I found that i had to send my 7.5 back for 6.5 (which fit perfectly). They definitly run a full size too large...at least for my size.
