3 mm (For Little Kids) to be precise By leigh-j from St Marks, Florida on 07/15/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Lightweight Best Uses: Freshwater Fishing, Saltwater Fishing Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Thanks to previous comments, I understood that these booties are kid sized - even though they say "(For Men)". Sierra, fix this type-o!!
I bought them for my 8 year old son. They're great. We live on a river and wade/snorkel/swim quite a bit. All the adults have booties, but my son was the odd man out with swim "shoes". Now I don't have to worry about his swim shoes always coming off. The booties also go great with fins.

I'm hoping he will be more confident with these on. But they are SUPER hard to put on. : ( What's the trick??
