Very similar. My husband sez he can not tell difference (go figure). I was not sure about the 10x version, because have to hold more steady when using. The 8x22 are perfect all-around use for me. (Bird watching, hiking (lite)). The 10x26 are wonderful to see details better, or birds at greater distance. Love the quality. First pair of quality binoculars I have purchased/owned--picked Steiner because of other comments on Sierra Trading Post. I'm pretty darn happy w/ these!

Get them now before they are gone!Only problem is they only have this one power combo and likely not a lot of them.
