By Wool Fan from PA on 03/09/2008 Pros: Dries Easily, Durable, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Comments: These are very nice, thick, warm, soft gloves. Onlything better would be spandex to make them stretchier (and fit tighter) but for this style, they are great.
By Stevo from Duluth, MN on 01/10/2008 Cons: Itchy, Not Warm, Not windproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Feels a size too small. Did not keep my hands warm in 10s-20s degree weather, and the wind blew right through them. Very scratchy.

Most gloves are too thick and heavy. He wanted light gloves that still kept his hand warm. These are perfect.

They are a nice, heavy wool glove, but kind of itchy. Good enough for working outside when you don't want to ruin a good pair of gloves.

Size Large will fit a medium By Miss Fancy Pants from Baltimore on 12/22/2007 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Beautiful gloves, amazing for the price, and they have a lovely subtle wool aroma. Very warm. If you are sensitive to wool, you'll need liners, because they have that wooly texture. The main thing is, the large will fit anything from a sorta small to a sorta large, and may be quite snug on a man with very large hands. But if you're a medium, don't be deterred - buy 'em!
Thick material, but too darned small! By Iron John from Martinsburg WV on 12/20/2007 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The size around the hand is fine, as is the size around the fingers. The length of the fingers is way too short, so the point where the fingers of the glove join the palm of the glove is no where near the palm of my hand. This stresses the glove and will make holes show up between the fingers really soon. Oh, and it's just uncomfortable that way. I wear an 11 glove normally and ordered an XL in this glove (the largest there was) and it's just too short in the fingers to be of use to me. If you have shorter fingers you should be OK - and comfy in this glove.
