The new ones fit fine and are comfortable.

Would probably work for someone with a wider foot or a high instep. Had to return this one as I could not keep it on my foot.

It was also way too narrow, even though I don't have wide feet.

I ordered the 9.5 in the Brandy color. They fit but just barely. I have returned them for size 10 and this time I bought the Brandy and the Rust because THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. I also have a high instep and I wasn't bothered at all. I am going on a tropical trip soon and need some comfortable sandals. These are going to be just the ticket. Don't wait, these are great!
