Better saddles out there. By Jonny from Pasadena, CA on 11/07/2008 Best Uses: Commuting, Long Rides, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Comments: First of all Sierra T.P. price is high they are marking it down from a price that no one sells it for. I bought this saddle 2 years ago for [$]from performance and i wish i would have gotten a selle italia (one of the gel flows). Although this saddle is ride able it takes some getting used to, especially for long days in the saddle.
By Roadrunner from Boston on 11/07/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've had one that came with my trek that lasted four years (8000 mile a year) until the cover wore through on the sides. I quickly bought another and leave the other one on my old bike that goes on the trainer. This saddle has little padding so if you aren't a seasoned rider it may not be for you. Otherwise with quality cycling shorts it can't be beat. As with all saddles it is very personal.
By offroadie from Iowa on 08/27/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Durable, Lightweight, Suprisingly comfortable Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Racing, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've had this saddle for three years without a single problem. Not sure what problem the other guy had with the rails but my saddle is used for off road racing and has been abused. This is one saddle I can't say anything bad about.
By vitus-aur from seattle, wa on 06/04/2008 Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: If money is no option and you don't mind replacing your seat often, then buy this product. Rails will snap after a few months of semi-hard riding.
