Obermeyer |
| ack in 1947, Klaus Obermeyer became one of the first ski instructors on Aspen Mountain (he still skis more than 100 days per year). Upon watching his students struggle with the cumbersome and restrictive clothing of the day, he made it his mission to design skiwear that would keep them warm, dry and limber. Obermeyer gave birth to a variety of industry firsts, including the down parka, the duo construction ski boot, the turtleneck sweater, and even high altitude sunscreen! So wear Obermeyer performance skiwear and plan to play a little longer. It’s still designed and tested in the Rockies, one of the world’s most exhilarating wilderness playgrounds. |

I usually wear a six, but my Obermeyer pants are an eight so I ordered an eight for the jacket too and I'm glad I did. I am 5'8. Perfect length overall.

I love the 'grow with me' sleeves. The jacket fits now and later by removing simple stitching I can get another inch and a half sleeve length. The glove/mitten clips on the sleeves are another nice touch. Jacket is very durable. Love this brand! The jackets last and last. Our previous one was worn 2 years and still handed down in great condition and my son is rough on clothing! Will be great for skiing and cold days. I like the removable hood and all the pockets. Perfect winter coat for my 5 year old! This is a really well thought out jacket design for a young child.

I selected Obermeyer for my daughter because they seemed to offer a variety of coordinating products. My 3-year-old was happy to wear this on her first ski trip. She thought the compass was a neat bonus. With the I-Grow system I know we can use it for one more season, maybe even more!
