Green Option in Headlamps By Knoxtigerlily from Knoxville TN on 09/21/2008 Pros: Adjustable Beam, Bright, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A great option for 'green consumers' because the lamp can be charged via electric outlet or by hand cranking (especially helpful when camping). Batteries are optional. It is a little bulky because you carry the charger, but easily clips to your pants or backpack. Pleasantly surprised to find out it had 3 adjustments--bright, normal and flash mode.

No way that I could tell to jam it back on so it's going right back in the box it came in and shipping out tomorrow.
