I can't imagine why. I have never gotten anything for this website that was this horrid before. Of course I sent it back immediately without looking it over for detail. I am so very unhappy as Andrew Mark is a fairly good designer of ladies handbags and I wanted to try to sell it myself.

It's also beautifully finished, practical in size, and versatile because of the handles and detachable strap. The item description doesn't mention the exterior pocket in back, closed with a magnet, that's handy for carrying keys.
The top closes with both a zipper and flap, but small openings at either end could allow loose change or a lipstick to fall out. However, the interior has a zippered pocket to hold such things.
